Maintenance Planner

Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Maintenance Planner to contribute to our Manufacturing team in Lavergne, TN. This person performs a variety of functions within the Facility. Plans and coordinates work orders, parts, inventory, bin consolidation, kitting, preventative maintenance (PMs), and vendors/contractors. Ensures accuracy in maintenance data through auditing processes. Reviews quotes for validity/pricing and enters them into the work order system to maintain the plant/equipment. Plans and schedules maintenance activities, ensuring equipment, machinery, and other assets are regularly maintained to prevent breakdowns and downtime.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of experience in building and facility maintenance
• 2 years of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
• 2 years of experience directing outside contractors

Preferred Qualifications:

• General understanding of facility equipment
• Mechanically Inclined
• Able to sit and stand during shift

Essential Physical Demands

• Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 50 lbs. during the assigned shift – up to 35 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to push/pull in a manufacturing environment up to 50 lbs. to push during the assigned shift.
• Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.
• Ability to bend, twist/turn, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift.
• Ability to work designated shift including overtime as required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work.
• Ability to sit at workstation for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time.
• Ability to operate computer equipment, including keyboard and monitor, phone equipment and other necessary office equipment

Hiring Salary Range: $28.03/hr. - $34.94/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
