Maintenance Manager

for the Nirema Samos M Gallery by Accor.

About the role

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations of the hotel and ensuring the optimal physical condition of the property. This includes managing maintenance staff, developing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team in their daily duties and ensure efficient completion of work.
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs for all hotel appliances, systems, and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential issues and ensure all areas are in safe working order.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources.
• Respond to emergencies and operational maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies.
• Maintain documentation of all maintenance processes, including inventory records.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven knowledge of building maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Relevant certifications in maintenance or engineering (Diploma/Degree).
