Requirements:
Role Overview

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all building facilities, technical equipment, and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and at the highest standards at all times. The role supports seamless hotel operations through effective communication and collaboration with all departments, while proactively preventing technical issues and maintaining an organized and fully functional maintenance environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct daily inspections of the building, technical installations, and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operation (central air conditioning systems, boiler room, ventilation, water pumps, etc.).
• Monitor and ensure compliance with fire safety standards and procedures.
• Oversee daily pool maintenance, including pH/chemical monitoring and cleanliness.
• Monitor and prioritize pending maintenance tasks and technical breakdowns.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date breakdown log.
• Organize and monitor maintenance inventory, tools, and spare parts.
• Ensure preventive maintenance routines are properly implemented.
• Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.
• Supervise external technicians and contractors when required

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally within hospitality or luxury environments.
• Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, MEP equipment, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Very good understanding of fire safety regulations and pool maintenance standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
