Maintenance Lead (Industrial/Manufacturing Industry Experience Required)

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and lead maintenance operations within our industrial/manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, and a proven track record of supervising maintenance teams in a production environment. This role ensures facility equipment runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Responsibilities: :
• Supervise, mentor, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for production machinery, HVAC, electrical systems, conveyors, and other facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance programs, including routine inspections and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports; track work orders and equipment performance.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and management teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and capital improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Requirements::
• Prior supervisory experience within an industrial or manufacturing setting
