Maintenance Helper - Farm

Apt Resources is looking for a dedicated General Helper to join our team at a Farm in Fujairah. As a General Helper, you will assist in daily farm operations, providing essential support in various agricultural tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are interested in contributing to sustainable farming practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
• Help with the maintenance and care of farm equipment and facilities
• Participate in irrigation and pest control activities
• Support livestock management tasks, if applicable
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:
• A high school diploma or equivalent certification is required.
• Previous experience in a similar role or a relevant industry is preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment is helpful.
• Good verbal communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
• Capability to assist in identifying and resolving basic issues.
• Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Understanding of safety practices and protocols in a workplace setting.
• Must be currently in UAE
