• Critical position to perform Maintenance Engineering tasks implementing Machine improvements focusing on Total Productive Maintenance systems Pillar 3, Spare Parts, Machine Life Cycle and cost improvements on equipment and to prolong and sustain current machines.
• Cost reduction on  utility requirement like electricity and  CDA consumption (Variable and Fix cost improvement).  
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all maintenance work.
• Maintenance responsible for Preventive Maintenance, Spare Parts Inventory, and operating supplies. Coach  for  Structured Problem Solving to prevent re-occurrence of machine issues. 

• Relevant Manufacturing/Engineering degree preferred (ECE, EE, CoE, ME, IE)
• Experience on Managing Profit and Loss responsibilities for Manufacturing
• In depth understanding on manufacturing procurement/Supply Chain Management
• Extensive proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodology approach
• Understanding of IATF16949, ISO 9001,ISO 14001 standard
• Understanding on Advanced Product Quality Planning 
• Experience in managing Cost Reduction Program (CRP)
• Extensive plant level experience with proven supervisory skills in handling Multi Disciplinary team
• Manage 10 employees over a period of 5 years and up
• Can interact effectively and collaborate with international audience with intercultural differences.
