Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Crew Leader to manage and work alongside a crew of 2-4 employees while delivering exceptional landscape maintenance services. This is a working leadership role requiring minimal supervision and strong customer interaction skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and perform all landscape maintenance: mowing, pruning, mulching, fertilizing, bed maintenance, cleanups

Operate company trucks and all maintenance equipment safely

Manage crew scheduling, productivity, and morale

Complete job paperwork, time sheets, and material orders

Interact professionally with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Ensure safety protocols and maintain clean job sites

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED

Valid driver's license with clean record

2+ years landscape maintenance experience

Bilingual (Spanish/English) - oral and written

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work physically demanding jobs

CPR/First Aid certification (a plus)

Clean background check and employment eligibility documentation
