Essential Functions:

Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) tasks on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Perform routine machine cleaning to maintain cleanliness and functionality.

Remove chips and debris from machines and work areas to prevent disruptions to production.

Clean dust collectors and maintain proper ventilation systems to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Manage the removal of recyclable materials, including plastics, metals, and cardboard, according to company recycling policies.

Schedule pickups of waste oils and scrap materials for proper disposal or recycling.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

Collaborate with maintenance team members and other departments to address maintenance issues and support production goals.

Complete documentation and maintain records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment logs.

Conform to ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 820, and medical device industry requirements

Ensure safety standards are used which comply with all company, Local, City, State and Federal guidelines
