Desired Skillsets
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Proficient in drywall patching, hanging, and finishing
• Familiarity with metal stud framing
• Proficient at painting
• Familiarity with different types of commercial flooring and installation techniques
• Demonstrates strong fine carpentry and “handyman” skills
• Strong client-facing communication skills to assess situations and discuss scopes of work
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed
Candidates should have the following:
• Stable work history and strong references
• Dependability—show up on time, every time
• Reliable transportation to a healthcare campus in Jacksonville, Florida
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
The full compensation package is based on candidate experience and qualifications.
Carpenter Pay Range
$25—$29 USD
