The Role

We’re on the lookout for skilled Mainline Excavator Operators to join our dynamic construction crews. Whether you’re operating state-of-the-art machinery or collaborating with teammates, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering projects that matter.

What You’ll Do

Masterfully operate heavy machinery: excavators, backhoes, loaders, blades, scrapers, and dozers.

Tackle roadwork, excavation, and lifting tasks with precision.

Use small-engine tools like jumping jacks, wacker plates, compressors, and power tools.

Inspect equipment routinely and report any issues.

Follow safety protocols like a pro and help create a secure job site.

Team up to complete projects efficiently and on time.

What You Bring

Experience: 3+ years in construction or heavy equipment operation (preferred but not required).

A strong focus on safety and following rules.

Team-player attitude with the ability to also work independently.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make smart decisions under pressure.

Flexibility to travel, work various shifts, and handle overtime when needed.

Physical Requirements

Lift and carry 25-50 lbs. regularly.

Perform repetitive movements like bending, kneeling, squatting, and twisting.

Sit or stand for long periods and navigate uneven terrain.

Work outdoors in all types of weather and noisy environments.

Frequent sitting

Occasional push/pull

Rarely bending/stooping

Rarely climbing

Occasional reaching

Continuous grasping equipment controls

Occasional fine manipulation

Frequent use of Foot controls
