Looking for mainframe testing professionals for Bangalore location.

Need 3 to 7 years experience in mainframe testing

Candidates should be JLPT level 2 certified

Japanesh Language prefered.

Area of Responsibility

• Testing Resources for projects and BAU (per SOW)
• Testing content (Strategy, Test Planning & Test Effort estimations)
• Testing Practices

Key Responsibilities

• Manages and optimizes the capacity (internal and external) in line with the budget and the sourcing strategy of ATC for the respective customer
• Delivers the Test Strategy and Test Planning for the Key projects and reviews the Test Strategy and Test Planning for the other projects within his/her SDU
• Supports and monitors the effective deployment of Test & Quality practices in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager/ATC
• Responsible for all Test Services performed by ATC for the respective SDU (System, Integration, Acceptance…)
• In charge of the knowledge transition
• Implements and delivers ATC Assets
• Delivers weekly reporting on the test mission to Country Test Manager
• Attends Test Management & Project Meetings, as required

Budgetary Responsibilities

• Manages budget related to testing covering the Project / BAU including effort (in man days), capacity (FTE, Skills, Knowledge, Training) and revenue.
• Supports relationship with the external partners for the Project / BAU in line with the Sourcing and Vendor Management Strategy

Resourcing Responsibilities

• Is responsible for the resource planning of the test resources within the SDU
• Responsible for the support, the evaluation and evolution of the resources
• Validates and manages time-sheets for his/her scope

• The person should also ensure that a program eg.. mainframe projects that are bundled under a program are conducted on time with quality
• Forecasting / actual tracking
• Quality of service
• Vendor management
• Test strategy creation and putting together proposal or charter for project / program execution
• Immediate deployment
• Experience in MVS/Z-OS system
• Experience of testing in Mainframes with excellent knowledge of JCL/VSAM
• Good knowledge of Cobol/DB2/IMS
• Good knowledge of File Manager, File-aid, GDGs
