Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in modernization, analysis, and production support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with mainframe technologies, database optimization, and batch processing systems.

Location: Wilmington, DE

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Work Mode: 100% Onsite (5 Days/Week)

Open Positions: 1 (Backfill)

Visa: OPT/USC/GC candidates are eligible

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mainframe modernization activities

• Analyze existing mainframe code and prepare detailed documentation

• Work on mainframe batch processing and stored procedures

• Handle migration efforts focused on stored procedures

• Analyze and optimize DB2 queries, including rewriting queries for schema decoupling

• Manage job scheduling using Control-M

• Handle version control using Changeman

• Provide production support, including debugging and resolving issues

• Manage file transfers using MFTS/NDM
