Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Pay: $20-21/hour DOE

Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Mailroom Production Supervisor to lead our mailroom and document imaging operations at our new Sacramento branch.
This is a working supervisor role, meaning you’ll not only oversee the team but also actively participate in document prep, scanning, and production work—especially during the site’s early stages.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Supervise and support daily activities of document scanners and preppers
Assign work, manage workflow, and ensure productivity and quality standards
Train, coach, and develop team members
Monitor attendance, performance, and team engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues
Step in to support production as needed
Mailroom & Scanning Operations
Oversee mail intake, sorting, and document preparation
Ensure documents are accurately categorized and ready for scanning
Perform scanning and production tasks as needed
Monitor quality, accuracy, and completion of workflows
Support outgoing mail processes
Equipment & Workflow Oversight
Ensure proper use of scanning and mailroom equipment
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate when needed
Help establish efficient workflows and maintain organized workspaces
Coordination & Reporting
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth document flow
Build relationships with drivers, carriers, and stakeholders
Track productivity, workflow metrics, and operational performance
Assist with reporting and administrative tasks
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mailroom, document processing, scanning, or similar operations
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Hands-on scanning experience required
Experience in high-volume production or imaging environments strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license preferred
Clean driving record preferred
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
Experience launching or supporting new operations or teams
Background in healthcare, insurance, or regulated environments
Familiarity with document management systems (DMS)
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
Experience managing production targets or SLAs
Strong coaching and team development skills
