Mailroom Document Scanner | Urgent Hiring!
Location: In Office - Clifton, NJ
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour/DOE
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30am-4:00pm
Role Summary
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Document Scanner to support daily mailroom operations. This role is responsible for scanning, and processing mail and documents accurately and efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Use high performance scanners.
Perform high-speed, high-volume production tasks, such as scanning documents.
Set up equipment, load materials, clear jams, and resolve other simple malfunctions as needed.
Some Data entry.
May require occasional lifting, standing, walking, and bending.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Minimum of 1 year office related experience.
Basic computer knowledge
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently or within a team.
Consistent attendance and timeliness.
High attention to details.
Time management skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift to 30–50 pounds (e.g., banker’s boxes)
