📆 What You’ll Do (A Day in the Life)
• Greet residents and guests with a warm, professional demeanor
• Receive, log, and organize incoming packages using tracking software
• Notify residents promptly of package arrivals via email or app
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure package room environment
• Assist residents with retrieving large or heavy deliveries
• Coordinate with delivery services (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.) for smooth drop-offs
• Monitor package room access to ensure security and prevent loss
• Report any suspicious activity or damaged packages to management
• Support front desk or concierge team during peak hours
• Perform regular audits to ensure package inventory accuracy
• Assist with seasonal package volume surges (e.g., holidays, move-ins)

• Keep accurate inventory and assist with stocking of all vending machines

• Provide feedback to improve package handling processes and the resident experience

🧠 What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year in customer service, logistics, or hospitality preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with package tracking systems and basic computer skills
