Job Description

Earthlinktele is seeking a Machines Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various machines used in our operations. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing regular maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment is operating efficiently.

Job Duties:

• Conduct regular inspections of machines to identify any potential issues or malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or electrical problems that arise.
• Repair or replace parts as needed.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Maintain documentation of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Assist in training new technicians as needed.
• Keep inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in machine maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting and repairing machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
