Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking permanent full-time Machine Operators to join its vibrant team. The machine Operator will be responsible for moving containers and railcars at the facility. Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts (3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off). From 5:30 am - 5:30 pm or 5:30 pm - 5:30 am. It may vary according to company needs.

Language of Work: English

Pay: $41.09-43.59/hour

Night Premium: $2.50/hour night premium for the ones who work on that shift, which gives a total wage of $40,90/h.

Work Environment: Must be willing to work outdoors throughout all weather conditions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Safely operate any machinery including material handling equipment, container handling equipment, or railcar movers to transport and position containers, materials, railcars, and equipment.

· Facilitate the movement of railcars, including coupling and uncoupling, positioning for loading or unloading, and ensuring proper alignment.

· Collaborate with the logistics and transportation teams to coordinate the movement of railcars and containers in a timely and efficient manner.

· Conduct routine inspections and perform basic maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working order, reporting issues to the maintenance team.

· Adhere to all workplace safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

· Other duties as assigned.

· Good communication skills; Must be comfortable engaging in a variety of different communicative modes (verbal, non-verbal, and written) and being attuned to others through strong active listening skills.

· Physically in shape: The employee is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move heavy weights (50 pounds). Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus.

· Minimum of one year related work experience in logistics industry is required.

· Must possesses Forklift Operator certificate;

*** Must clear pre-hire checks: Criminal Background Check.

*** Must have access to your own vehicle and a valid driver's license as the terminal is not accessible by public transportation.
