Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work

Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others

Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in

case of unsafe or polluting hazards                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Output                       

Skillfully operate machines in MiCaRe production area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift.

Arrange carrier, e.g. Cassette, Pallet to handle stock of output.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Quality

Produce workpieces which meet the quality standard.

Understand types of defect and realize to avoid making mistake which cause the defect.         

People

Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training or skill development.

Efficiency & Cost

Utilize given resources worthily.

Diploma in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, production technology or related fields.

0-2 years experience in production and manufacturing process.
