Position: Maintenance Engineer – Mechanical/Electrical

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Engineer who is passionate about proactive maintenance strategies, continuous improvement, and supporting the success of a high-performance manufacturing environment. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.

• Troubleshoot and eliminate unplanned machine breakdowns with root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.

• Plan and prepare spare parts strategies to support long-term equipment performance and TPM goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage maintenance data, improve systems, and drive KPIs.

• Take charge of TPM, safety standards, ISO14001 & ISO45001 compliance, and continuous improvement projects.

🌟 What You Bring

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in manufacturing machine maintenance

• Technical Skills:

• PLC, HMI, Hydraulic, Servo motor controller

• Robotics and machine motion control

• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and software systems

• Language: Proficient in English (written and spoken)
