The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

We’re hiring a Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer to join our ML Infra team. This team builds the foundational systems that empower ML teams across the company to scale safely and move fast. You’ll contribute to critical infrastructure that ensures models are trained on reliable data, deployed with confidence, and monitored in production for performance and correctness This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact team working on production-grade ML systems with broad organizational visibility. We’re open to a range of backgrounds, including exceptional new grads and early-career engineers with a passion for building scalable, reliable systems.

The Opportunity:

• Build and maintain infrastructure for ML model training, deployment, and monitoring

• Develop internal tools and APIs that improve ML developer workflows and data reliability

• Partner with ML engineers to ensure clean data flows, reproducible experiments, and observable model behavior

• Improve the robustness of our pipelines to prevent issues like data drift, silent model degradation, and outages

• Contribute to team-wide initiatives to scale and standardize ML infrastructure

• Learn from and collaborate with senior engineers and technical leads across the org

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

• Proficiency in Python and SQL

• Experience with Rust, C++, or Java

• Strong CS fundamentals and core programming ability

• Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, data processing, and statistics

• Interest in building infrastructure and solving real-world ML/AI problems at scale

• Ability to communicate clearly, take initiative, and work in a fast-moving team

Additional skills that are considered Nice To Have:

• Experience with data/ML tools like Airflow, Kubeflow, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or Monte Carlo

• Experience in data infrastructure such as Dataflow, BigQuery, BigTable or similar

• Internship or academic project experience related to ML systems or distributed computing

• Demonstrated resilience in high-performance environments

• Willingness to take calculated risks and work on high-ambiguity projects

Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Pay Range:
$167,200—$250,800 USD
