Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in ML / AI roles

• Experience in product-based or AI-native companies

• Strong academic background (Tier 1 institutions preferred)

• Solid understanding of ML systems, LLMs, and data pipelines

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

• Hands-on experience with experimentation and model iteration

• Builder mindset with high ownership and curiosity

• Proof of work via projects, open-source, or research preferred

• Currently working at a product based organisation

Responsibilities

• Solve ML problems across search, ranking, extraction, summarization, and automation

• Build and deploy production-grade AI systems

• Translate ambiguous business problems into ML solutions

• Experiment with LLMs, agents, evaluation systems, and hybrid pipelines

• Optimize model performance via prompting, retrieval, and architecture improvements

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams

• Contribute to long-term AI roadmap and system design
