Einleitung:

Die IT-Landschaft wird konsequent modernisiert und weiter in Richtung Cloud transformiert. Ein zentraler Bestandteil dieser Entwicklung ist die Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365-Architektur sowie die schrittweise Ablösung bestehender On-Premise-Strukturen.

Deine Aufgaben:
• Weiterentwicklung und Architektur der Microsoft-365-Umgebung, insbesondere im Bereich Microsoft Entra / Identity & Access Management

• Planung und Umsetzung der Migration bestehender On-Premise-Systeme in Cloud-Strukturen

• Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Security-Architektur innerhalb von Microsoft 365

• Integration und Nutzung moderner Security-Lösungen und Monitoring-Tools

• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von ISO-27001-Sicherheitsstandards

• Beratung interner Fachbereiche zu sicheren und modernen Cloud- und Workplace-Lösungen

• Mitarbeit an strategischen IT-Projekten zur Modernisierung der globalen IT-Landschaft

Dein Profil:
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Microsoft 365, Azure oder Cloud-Infrastruktur

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Entra / Azure AD / Identity & Access Management

• Erfahrung mit M365 Security Features (z. B. Conditional Access, MFA, Defender)

• Verständnis moderner Cloud- und Security-Architekturen

• Erfahrung mit Compliance- und Sicherheitsstandards (z. B. ISO 27001) von Vorteil

• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Interesse an Architektur- und Modernisierungsthemen

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
