M365 & Confluence Engineer (f/m/d)

What you will do:
Microsoft 365 & Intune Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for provisioning, configuration, and compliance across devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
Oversee hardware lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, and troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Configure and enforce security policies for endpoint devices, ensuring updates, patching, and antivirus compliance.
Monitor device performance and ensure adherence to organizational policies using Intune and M365 tools.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and deploy modern workplace solutions.
Provide technical support for M365 services, focusing on hardware and software integration.
Confluence Responsibilities:
Administer and manage Confluence spaces to ensure optimal performance and user access.
Customize Confluence spaces, workflows, and templates to meet organizational needs.
Integrate Confluence with M365 and other tools to enhance collaboration.
Provide training and support on Confluence best practices and troubleshooting.
What you bring & who you are:
Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 services, including Intune.
Hands-on expertise in device provisioning and lifecycle management.
Strong knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, and troubleshooting.
Experience administering and customizing Confluence for collaboration.
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and device identity management.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to support and train users.
Ideally, you also bring:
Certifications in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Enterprise Administrator Expert).
Experience with Atlassian Suite products (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
PowerShell scripting knowledge for automation and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with hardware procurement and vendor management.
Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
German and Spanish skills are a plus.
