ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical M&A Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our M&A activities across the entire deal lifecycle, from origination to post-merger integration.

What you will do:

Source and Analyze New Investment Opportunities

• Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sector

• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses to assess deal synergies and financial viability

• Evaluate financial, strategic, and operational risks associated with target companies

• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and deal-related documentation

Support Deal Execution

• Assist in due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational analysis

• Develop and present investment theses to internal stakeholders and senior leadership

• Support negotiations around deal structure, valuation, and financing

• Manage deal processes and timelines to ensure smooth execution

Post-Merger Integration

• Support the development and execution of post-merger integration plans to drive value creation

• Monitor and analyze the performance of acquired companies post-closing

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (required)

• Additional academic background in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is a strong plus, provided it is in addition to an engineering degree

• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, top-tier management consulting, corporate development, or strategy roles

• Solid experience in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and quantitative analysis

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data and ambiguity

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with exposure to senior stakeholders

• A strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

• Genuine interest in M&A and motivation to grow within a transaction-driven role
