Essential duties include:

Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, under the direction of the RN.

Communicates with the attending physicians and other team members to coordinate optimal care for the patient/family.

Document all services provided and submit them on appropriate forms. Report changes in patient condition and need to the RN

Great time management skills

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Current and active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Texas license

Current CPR certification

Must be able to work 12-hour shifts

Have dependable transportation
