What You’ll Do
Welcome customers and guide them through the service process from start to finish
Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs
Explain service needs based on vehicle mileage and maintenance schedules
Coordinate valet pickup and delivery when needed
Ensure accurate documentation of complaint, cause, and correction
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing The Premier Collection brand
What We’re Looking For
Customer-focused, empathetic communicator

Strong organization and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Comfortable with computer systems and service documentation
Valid driver’s license required
