Job Description

🌟 Now Hiring: Experienced CNAs / DSPs / HHAs / PCAs

📍 Lutz, FL | 12-Hour Day Shifts Available

5 Star Cares is looking for compassionate, experienced caregivers to support higher-acuity and Level 2 residents in our group home settings. If you have experience in acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing and enjoy making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

Schedule Options

Weekend shifts available:

Saturday & Sunday

Every-other weekend

💲 Pay: $15–$19/hour (based on experience and certification)

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, mobility, feeding, and ADLs

Support individuals with intellectual and/or behavioral health needs

Document care and communicate with the care team

Maintain a safe and supportive environment

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care, rehab, or skilled nursing

Experience with higher-acuity patients preferred

Current CPR/BLS & First Aid certification

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to lift/assist up to 50 lbs
