About the Role:
As a senior LTD yield development engineer, you will work with LTD Yield leadership and LTD process and integration engineering.
The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Provide navigation and leadership to meet Intel's yield objectives.
• Formulate yield problems mathematically, identify solutions, and remove technical and non-technical barriers by influencing stakeholders to achieve successful solutions.
• Develop, organize, and present yield strategies to LTD leadership.
• Lead teams within yield and across LTD to understand all technology yield issues.
• Collaborate with Program Managers, Process Integration, Device Integration and Defect teams to identify yield detractors and yield enhancement opportunities.
• Identify root cause of systematic yield issues and propose mitigation plan in defined timeline to meet committed production yield targets.
• Develop new yield analysis methods and algorithms to deliver world class yield analytics.
• Work with design business units to debug new and novel process/product interactions.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
• Ph.D. in engineering, physical science, computer science, or related field and 2+ years of experience in advanced node semiconductor industry in yield analysis and data science.
• 2+ years' experience in yield projection with EOL signals and in line parameters.
• 2+ years' experience in advanced semiconductor device and process flow.
Experience/Skills Preferred:
• Expertise with data analysis systems and software tools
• Project/program management experience with strong self-initiative and self-learning capabilities.
• Proven track record of working across organization through matrix structures to accomplish strategic objectives with conflicting priorities.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $133,800.00-255,200.00 USD
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
