What is Private Duty Nursing?

• Private duty = full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's)

• One client for the whole shift

• Client age ranges from infant to geriatric

• Common diagnosis our LPNs work with: TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, ALS, Premature Birth, and Seizure Disorder

•
*LPNs/LVNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home.

Qualifications for A Private Duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma 

• A current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey

Compensation:

Pay range: $28-$38 hourly base on experience, skills, shift time, and client acuity.

Weekend BAYLOR- Commit to ongoing weekend shifts with our high acuity (Trach/Vent) clients and earn up to $40/hr
