BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurse Residents to join the team supporting clients in Phoenix, Arizona. Our Nurse Residency makes it easy and rewarding - with the highest quality, most comprehensive training and mentorship available in the rapid-growth field of home health care.

• Great skill-building career launch for new grads

• Seven weeks of instruction: online classroom, in-person lab, and precepted clinical care

• Safe skills practice in a unique simulation lab setting

• Independent work in the home setting only when you are comfortable and ready

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Build meaningful relationships and create positive outcomes providing safe, one-on-one care

• Monitor clients' conditions

• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders

• Perform client assessments

• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to nursing management

Compensation & Schedule:

Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse resident:

• A nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona or multiple state nursing license

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

Pay starting at $29 per hour. At program completion, pay rates start at $30-31 per hour.
