Loyalty Team Executive
Location: Aylesbury HP19 8DB
Type: Full Time & Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Upto £25,075 & Competitive Bonus Scheme

We are looking for a Loyalty Team Executive to improve customer retention within Biffa, this will be a reactive role handling customer contract termination requests whilst proactively identifying customers require assistance. Working alongside various Biffa departments identifying areas of improvement for the business in order to retain more customers.
