Responsibilities:

Assemble LED signs according to specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Install and connect LED modules, power supplies, control systems, and other electrical components.

Perform wiring of electrical connections to ensure proper functioning.

Conduct quality control inspections to verify the accuracy of assembly and adherence to quality standards.

Troubleshoot and repair any defects or malfunctions in LED signs.

Test completed signs to ensure proper functionality and compliance with customer requirements.

Collaborate with the design team to review project specifications and resolve any technical issues.

Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring proper storage and inventory management of components.

Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations to create a safe working environment.

Provide feedback to the production supervisor on any process improvements or equipment needs.

Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and techniques related to LED sign assembly.

Requirements:

Previous knowledge and experience with 12 volt

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Familiarity with electrical tools, equipment, and wiring techniques.

Excellent attention to detail and precision to ensure accurate assembly and wiring.

Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in an assembly environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in electrical assembly is a plus.

Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
