Job Description:

Analyze construction drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates

Provide pricing to customers and assist in the selection of product to suitable design requirements

Consult and collaborate with architects on components and design features

Prepare cost and expenditure statements and forecasts at regular intervals for the duration of a project

Establish material take off on scope of work

Prepare price quotations from client drawings

Build and maintain client relationships to enhance competitiveness in the industry and promote effective customer relationships

Assist Project Manager with other duties and responsibilities to support efficient company operations

Follow up on tenders with intention of recording results

Compensation

Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental coverage, paid vacation, 3 paid sick days
