Your Key Responsibilities

As a Launcher, you own the full lifecycle of a new market: from first customer to a self-sustaining local operation.

• Close deals and build presence: Generate pipeline, run sales cycles, and close anchor customers while building relationships with bar associations and legal communities.

• Set up operations and hire: Handle compliance, workflows, and onboarding from scratch; recruit and coach the local team until the market runs independently.

• Execute and refine the Lexroom playbook: Deploy proven go-to-market motions, document learnings, and feed insights back to HQ to sharpen the playbook for future markets.

• Be the voice of the market: Surface localization needs, competitive intelligence, and on-the-ground insights to product, marketing, and content teams.

• Own market KPIs: Track pipeline, deals closed, CAC, and retention, reporting to leadership on a regular cadence.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–6 years in commercial roles (sales, business development, market expansion, or strategy consulting), ideally within a fast-growing tech or SaaS environment or fast-paced consulting environment.

• Experience working with or within the legal industry or a similarly regulated, relationship-driven sector is a plus.

• You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited to "get your hands dirty", setting up processes, unblocking issues, and doing whatever it takes to make the market succeed.

• Ability to define team needs, attract talent, and lead by example in the early days of a new market.

• Genuine enthusiasm for how AI and legal tech can transform the legal profession and create real value for lawyers and their clients.

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Fluency in English is required, other EU languages are a strong plus.
