Logistics Systems Analyst

Location: Fully onsite in Hayward, CA, United States
Pay Rate: 34.50 USD Per Hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Assignment length: Contract

We are helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Logistics Systems Analyst to join its logistics systems team.

In this role, you'll assist the team in navigating SAP processes, ensuring the accurate tracking and management of key documents, such as purchase orders, stock transport orders, inbound deliveries, and transport units, while helping the team adhere to SAP best practices.

The ideal candidate has a foundational understanding of SAP systems and is eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, growing environment.

As a Logistics Systems Analyst, you’ll:

• Assist the logistics team in navigating and understanding SAP EWM and MM processes, including document tracking and management.
• Track and manage open documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Stock Transport Orders (STO), Delivery Dates, Inbound Deliveries, and Transport Units (TU).
• Provide support by explaining SAP process flows and answering basic process-related questions from the team.
• Identify minor system issues, propose solutions, and escalate more complex problems to senior team members.
• Help explain SAP workflows and ensure all relevant documents are captured and tracked accurately.
• Actively build knowledge of SAP EWM and MM modules and contribute to improving internal process documentation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree with 2- 4 years or Masters plus 1-3 years of industry experience.
• Strong SAP capability with familiarity using EWM and MM modules.
• Excellent data analysis skills with strong Excel capability.
• Good knowledge of understanding Logistics and Supply Chain Processes including knowledge of Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders, and Delivery Management.
