​​​​​​What does it feel like to be a Logistics Support Operator in Netcompany?

As a Logistics Support Operator, you will:

• Manage and maintain warehouse stock equipment, including the storage of IT materials
• Prepare, pack, and handle IT equipment within warehouse operations
• Ensure accurate administrative tracking and inventory follow-up of IT assets
• Perform inventory checks, stock monitoring, and physical inventory management
• Track, record, and manage IT equipment movements, including inter-stock transfers between warehouses and IT Hubs
• Execute IMAC activities (install, move, add, change, remove) and decommissioning tasks
• Test and perform quality checks on materials after installation and on incoming goods against orders
• Support logistics and service processes, including CMDB updates, ServiceNow ticket handling, RFC request analysis, order follow-up, and IT Hub premises provisioning

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Knowledge of logistics processes for goods and services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the Office suite
• Knowledge of IT consumer market products
• Ability to quickly learn and assimilate procedures
• Valid Category B driving license (mandatory)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Good command of English and French (B2 level)
