This role is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON.

Who You Are

• A rock star in outbound logistics, order fulfillment, and distribution—with strong experience managing customer shipments at scale.

• Skilled in juggling order details across time zones, vendors, and customer teams without missing a beat.

• Strong communicator who ensures customers, partners, and internal teams stay aligned.

• Experienced with global shipping terms, customs documentation, tariffs & trade compliance—especially in tech/IT hardware.

• Comfortable with ERP and order management systems—bonus points for SAP S4/HANA, or e-commerce integrations.

What We Need

• Manage outbound shipments of finished goods to global customers, ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance.

• Oversee order fulfillment processes: order release, pick/pack, shipping, fulfillment issues, and customer delivery tracking.

• Partner with freight forwarders, carriers, and 3PLs to ensure reliable on-time delivery and within cost.

• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and manufacturing teams to meet customer commitments and service levels.

• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory and quality standard.
