Department: Services Delivery

Responsibilities:

• Assists Suvoda’s internal teams to ensure that Delivery Teams are properly supported.

• Follows established SOPs and work instructions.

• Works with Suvoda’s third party vendors to verify shipments, and order needed supplies.

• Updates inventory records and maintains acceptable inventory levels of key supplies.

• Ensures shipping documentation is prepared and supplied to couriers.

• Responsible for tracking packages to ensure proper delivery as well as return.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a Logistics role.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail.

• Must possess good time management skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Prior experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
