• Plan and set up efficient logistics operations to align with strategic needs.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including business units, factories, logistics partners, and customers, to ensure smooth shipment arrangements and on-time delivery schedules.
• Oversee the operations of logistics partners, focusing on inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Prepare sales reports for monthly business reviews.
• Monitor logistics performance and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and customer audit requirements in logistics operations.

• University degree in logistics, business administration or engineering;
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in automotive logistics and hub management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SAP/EDI for order fulfillment and sales forecast analysis.
• Ability to manage dynamic supply and demand activities effectively.
• Fluency in English. Chinese (Mandarin) is considered as a plus;
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, teamwork, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in negotiation and collaboration with other functions and business partners.
• Customer-oriented attitude with attention to detail and timely execution of tasks.
