Logistics Planning & Operations Manager

• Take ownership of end-to-end planning and operations service, ensuring sameless coordination between internal team and external partners.
• Monitor and drive team to achieve planning KPIs (CBL, VBL, RBL, OSA, Inventory, OTD...)
• Escalation management: Serve as the primary point of escalation from Customer Service, Sales, and other teams to resolve complex supply-demand gaps.

Operational Excellence & Process Standardization

• System-wise: Oversee the utilization and optimization of SAP and Kinaxis, ensuring the team maximizes these tools for replenishment and exception handling management.
• Process Standardization: Architect and implement standardized workflows across the planning department to eliminate silos and drive good practices.

Team Leadership & Development

• People Management: Manage, coach, and upskill a team of Source Planners, Demand Planners and Operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, problem solving and data-driven decision-making.

• OKRs Ownership: Define and track department-wide metrics, including business growth, product initiatives, service improvement and people development.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics related subjects
• 6 years+ in logistics planning and operations
• 3 years+ in team management 
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently, strong team player and take initiative, good communication & negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure
• Good sense with numbers and data
• Responsible, professional, careful, high detail orientation
• In-depth knowledge of the industry
• Solid understanding of logistics and production management SAP system
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
