What you'll do:
• Optimize Logistics Operations: Help implement logistics strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Partner Management: Work with logistics partners (3PLs, carriers) to ensure smooth operations and high performance.

• Track Performance: Monitor key metrics (OTIF, lead times, service quality) to assess performance and suggest improvements.

• Process Improvement: Identify and execute opportunities to standardize and optimize logistics processes.

• Cost Control: Use data to reduce costs at the SKU level and improve customer outcomes.

• Collaboration: Work with internal teams and business leaders to align logistics processes with overall business goals.

• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest logistics trends and technologies to bring new ideas to the team.

Who we're looking for::
• Experience: Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, with a focus on process optimization and performance monitoring.

• Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data to make decisions and improve performance.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues in logistics processes and find practical solutions.

• Continuous Improvement: Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.

• Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams.

• Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics systems (WMS, TMS) is a plus.
