WHAT YOUR NEW JOB WILL BE ABOUT As an OT Security Specialist, you play an important role in securing OT & IT across JYSK Distribution Centres, implementing JYSK’s OT security framework and helping our local organisations to align to JYSK security policies. Your main responsibility will be to: Take part in implementing, managing, and co-designing enhanced security initiatives for our Operational Technology environments at distribution centres, with hands-on involvement directly on site Ensure that main assets are classified and manage lifetime for these in our asset management tool; suggest replacement strategies for those that cannot be patched/sourced Conduct risk assessments onsite in our distribution centres and threat modelling specific to industrial systems. Contribute to the JYSK overall OT Security Strategy and help constantly develop & improve our Security Operation Centre, and perform exercises Ensure updated OT documentation in all DC’s by identifying, documenting & maintaining actual and required dataflows Help establish & maintain central OT security alert monitoring for all JYSK DC’s. Build and maintain procedures on how to react to anomalies, intrusions, and policy violations You will be part of an international IT organisation. Consequently, you will contribute to the ongoing development of OT security in Logistics. Your base will be in Radomsko DC with reference to the team manager for Logistics IT infrastructure. You will also have a matrix reference to OT Security Lead & CISO in our Danish Headquarter. As the position is international, 30-50 travel days a year is expected. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING Besides successful and relevant IT/OT security experience from similar OT position, we are looking for wide technology skills. If you bring dedication, you will meet possibilities. In addition, you will be described by the below mentioned characteristics: You have a background working with automation technology You have 5+ years of OT/IT Security experience Familiarity with ICS, PLC’s, PAC’s, and TI-level infrastructure Experience with network segmentation, zoning, and firewall configuration Excellent collaboration skills, the ability to communicate at multiple levels and build good relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally Ability to make independent decisions in a busy working day and act decisively on complex situations Maybe even certifications such as GICSP, IEC62443 CCP, FCCS/NSE/CCNP, or equivalent You could have an IT/OT security specialized background, an engineering background, technical bachelor/master background or other technical background Good English skills IS THIS YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY?
