Logistics Operator – Inbound, Warehousing & Outbound (f/m/d)

TYTAN Technologies:
TYTAN is a young deep-tech defense startup that develops a cost-effective counter-drone solution to protect people and critical infrastructure. We are an international team of ambitious engineers who combine expertise in autonomous systems and UAV design.

We are looking for a Logistics Operator to support smooth material flow across our factory operations. The role covers inbound logistics, warehouse operations, internal material supply to production, and outbound shipping, ensuring that materials are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and in the right location.

You will be a hands-on contributor within the logistics team and play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently.

Your roadmap to make an impact:
Inbound Logistics

• Receive incoming goods and verify deliveries against orders and documentation and report discrepancies, damages, or missing items.
• Perform goods receipt, labeling, and system bookings (ERP / WMS).
• Coordinate unloading, inspection, and storage of materials and components.

Warehousing & Internal Material Supply

• Store materials according to defined warehouse layouts and FIFO principles.
• Pick, stage, and supply materials to production lines based on production and factory needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and support line-side replenishment and internal logistics within the factory.

Outbound Logistics

• Prepare goods for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and documentation.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams and ensure execution of the shipments on time.

General Logistics Operations

• Operate material handling equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks) where required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and logistics area and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Who you are:
• Completed vocational training in logistics, warehouse operations, or a comparable qualification is a plus.
• 1+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or factory material handling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of inbound, warehouse, and outbound logistics processes.
• Hands-on mentality, structured and reliable working style.
• Willingness to work in a factory environment and support production needs.
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
• Basic experience with ERP or warehouse systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in German; basic English skills are a plus.
