Logistics Operative

Site-based in Watlington, Oxfordshire

Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 39 hours

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Logistics Operative to join our warehouse team in Watlington, Oxfordshire. This is a hands-on role supporting our third-party logistics (3PL) operations, ensuring all products, consumables, and spare parts are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently to both UK and international customers.

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and inventory control, directly contributing to the performance and success of the logistics team.

What will you be doing…

 

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer and channel partner orders in a timely manner

• Maintain effective inventory control within the warehouse

• Receive and process packed products and parts from operations sites

• Ensure all tasks are completed in line with Health & Safety regulations

• Uphold ISO quality standards and procedures relating to 3PL operations

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse team

• Operate within established performance management systems

• Manage your own workload effectively to meet productivity and quality targets

 

What we are looking for…

We are seeking someone who is organised, conscientious, and quality-focused, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

You will have a strong understanding of warehouse routines and procedures with the ability to follow defined processes and make sound judgements based on factual information.

Essential

• Good understanding of Health & Safety practices

 

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence

• Clean UK driving licence

• Good understanding of stock inventory principles

• Experience with Google Workspace
