Schedule Availability

Afternoon Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (alternating weekends)

Night Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Weekend Shift: Friday - Monday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for freight pickups and deliveries while ensuring efficient route planning.
• Monitor shipment progress and driver locations using communication tools and mapping software.
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and operational updates.
• Provide customers with shipment status updates and assist in resolving freight-related issues.
• Adjust and optimize daily routes based on operational needs, traffic conditions, or customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipment data by entering and updating load information in internal systems and customer portals.
• Assist drivers with routing guidance and ensure proper execution of freight requirements and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve operational challenges and maintain service quality.
• Ensure compliance with dispatch procedures, operational standards, and safety protocols.
• Analyze transportation planning opportunities to improve efficiency and support daily operational needs.

Requirements:
• College diploma or University Degree.
• Previous logistics or customer service experience is an asset.
• Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully.
• Strong time management with an ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Fluency in English is a must.
