The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:
• Lead end-to-end logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution to optimize supply chain performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily logistics operations across facilities and transportation networks.
• Optimize warehouse processes, inventory levels, and distribution efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers for on-time delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead teams and manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years logistics management experience, WMS/ERP knowledge, strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (both verbal and written).
• Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
• Supply chain certification (APICS/CSCMP), manufacturing experience, lean methodology knowledge.
• Core Skills: Strategic thinking, team leadership, process improvement, vendor management.
