What you'll do:
Own the day-to-day performance of Emma’s external logistics partners, including last-mile carriers and 3PL warehouses. Act as the main interface between Emma and our vendors, from operational teams to management level. Define, negotiate, and enforce SLAs, performance targets, and improvement plans. Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as OTIF, lead times, claim rates, cost per order, backlog, and service quality. Be hands-on and reactive when issues arise, while building long-term structural improvements. Run deep performance analyses and translate numbers into concrete actions. Drive regular business reviews with partners and push for continuous improvement. Identify and onboard new vendors when needed, leveraging your supplier and carrier network. Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, CX, Finance, Tech, and Commercial teams.

Who we're looking for::
Experience managing external logistics partners, either in last-mile delivery networks, 3PL environments, or both. Strong stakeholder management skills, you know how to influence without direct authority. Highly analytical mindset, you are comfortable running numbers, building cases, and making data-backed decisions. Experience negotiating SLAs, performance frameworks, and commercial terms. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, imperfect scale-up environments. Structured communicator, clear, direct, and solution-oriented.
