• Facilitation of Green Light Process (custom approval process for product)
o Prepare Customs Documentation
• Facilitation of Packing List Process
o Verifying packing list, container management, weight master management
o Manual creation as necessary for shipment of hot parts to overseas factories
o Maintaining packing list templates for module shipments
• Liaison between Waterloo and overseas Deere factories for component module shipping
o Weekly teleconference, working action files, parameter communication, etc.
• Inventory management - component module, spare parts, masking parts, etc. to 3rd party disassembly facility
• Manage the following reports:
o 3rd party disassembly reporting
o Component serial tracking report
o Serial number tracking
o Bill of Material (BOM) comparison activities (cost, component validation)
o Knock Down Modules shipping execution
o Knock Down Modules shipping history, delivery performance, module and PO tracking
o Annual container layout revisions
• Supporting SAP transactions to facilitation shipping to Deere overseas factories
• Back up for hot part management process as needed
• Supporting SharePoint sites' management
• Supporting weekly/monthly execution meeting
• Updating of weights in SAP for components shipping from XPAC as well as tractor component modules
• Create Purchase Orders and External Shipping Orders
• Maintain training documentation in OneNote, including photographing of module and container masking/packaging/pallet orientations
• Prepare additional reports and presentations as necessary to support the business

Education:
• Degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Management discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
