Position: Logistics Manager

Location: Remote (US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays proactively
• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records across systems
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and carriers to manage logistics operations
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory levels
• Generate reports on shipment status, delivery performance, and inventory trends
• Implement and improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics best practices
• Communicate updates clearly with internal teams and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., Zoho, NetSuite, SAP)
• Familiarity with logistics or inventory management systems (e.g., Zoho, SAP, NetSuite, or similar)
