TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES:
· Handling storage system as per standard process
· After teardown and quality work completion ensure vehicles are stored in proper location
· Each system and parts should be identified proper packing BOX
· Ensure each storage box are well packed and stick with BOM
· Organizing display event to customers ensure all parts are located with tag.
· Handling online order from customer based on request ensure all parts are arranged and send to customer location.
· Monitoring customer parts due date, check if the parts returned to base location as per the date.
· Logistics work – handling other GEO parts Inwards & outwards procedure, discussing with vendor & customs office for clearing shipment parts.
Handling forklift and manpower arrangement for storage works.
· Responsible for complete material/vehicle parts inventory.

Requirements:
Professional Background
i. Level of studies:
· Diploma in Engineering with minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the field of Storage auto parts/auto reverse engineering.
ii. Software skills:
· MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint
iii. Competences:
· Project and performance management
· Autonomous work integrating time management
· Focus on output without defects.
· Team works and collaboration with employees and inter departments.
· Experience/interest in the automobile sector
